Dear all, this is my translation of the original Russian article. For ease of typing, I did some copy/paste from the Google translation but fixed the parts which didn't make sense:
(original: http://heat.ru/news/108308 )
My modified interpretation:
Adam Lambert asked for 18 liters of milk for himself
On March 16, one of the most controversial American pop-artists, Adam Lambert, will give his first solo concert in Moscow. The show will take place on the stage at the Crocus City Hall and promises to be a discussed event. At his concerts Lambert shows more head-turning numbers than Lady Gaga. Then there is that one controversial kiss Adam had with his guitar player in front of the shocked public right on the live stage.
Handsome Adam, who is not hiding his sexual orientation, has already been to Moscow. True, his behavior was more than modest. Probably because he was the invited guest soloist during the summer tour of the legendary group Queen. But in his solo show, Adam promises to be amazing.
A few days before Adam's arrival in Moscow Heat.ru learned the details of the rider of the American pop star.
Special attention is given in the rider to the nutrition of the artist. As it is clear from the list of products that are required to be provided to the singer during the day (he will stay in Moscow only about 24 hrs), Adam loves various bakery products. And, as any American, he cannot live without sandwiches, hamburgers and Coca-Cola.
In the rider is an interesting note: some of the products Adam requested were to be delivered in their original (note: could be bad interpretation for “organic” from the original English to Russian translation) form - for example, eggs, bacon and ham. In the artist’s accommodations there has to be mini-kitchen. Apparently, 31-year-old singer loves to cook for himself.
In the morning, Adam asked for the following items to be delivered to the room:
- A wide range of breakfast cereal,
- Instant oatmeal and Cheerios (an American brand of cereal, shaped in small, round and hollow pieces),
- Walnuts and seeds,
- Three styles of grated cheese (American, Swiss and cheddar)
- Tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers for the omelets,
- Hash browns, pancakes or waffles,
- Fresh fruit,
- Various breads and muffins (including 100% whole wheat grain).

Although Lambert is known for frequent partying, night clubs, living the night and making himself visible and leader of the pack, in Moscow he didn’t ask for a single drop of alcohol. But asked for almost 14 liters of different types of milk:
- 4 liters of regular milk
- 4 liters of 2% milk
- 2 liters of soy milk.
At lunch Lambert will also need milk. This time 4 liters of regular milk and 4 – non-fat. During the lunch he plans to generally boost his strength before the concert. Among the dishes requested by the star are:
- Hot homemade soup,
- Burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches with chicken and turkey
- Lasagne or shepherd's pie,
- Pasta with meat and tomato sauce,
- Philadelphia cheese steak,
- Grilled Ham and Cheese sandwiches
- Tuna,
- Lettuce, an assortment of cheeses, sliced tomatoes, onions, potato chips and
condiments
- Caesar salad or fresh green salad with croutons,
- Bread, pastries and fruit.

MY personal comments:
As someone who lives in LA, and has traveled to other places in the world, the requests made are very normal and ordinary. For the record: currently I am working from a remote office somewhere in the US and our catered breakfast is better than what Adam's getting. In the kitchen we have more than 10 kinds of breakfast cereals and hot food is brought in at 8 am every day. Anyway - this is MY DIRECT interpretation of the article:
Please kind Russian people, don't cook for me (Russian kitchen tends to be heavy, saucy and mmmmm fattening.I know from first hand!) Gimme products and my boyfriend will cook for all and feed all and everybody because we are Glamily and cook and eat togehter. And yes, we'll get drunk in Helsinki and maybe little in Moscow but don't deliver the Vodka to the rooms. Alcohol and milk just DO NOT mix - haha :-) You see, not bad.
The article is the typical Russian sense of humor with a little bit of sarcasm because he wants to cook and eat all this "by himself". From a Russian standpoint - I would say the article was positive so don't go slamming the poor rumor-spreading folks over there.
