Taking MJ as a victim of AEG's greed and the AEG & KJ trial at face value, believers are forgetting a few simple arguments against genuineness of the whole AEG case as such:

1. MJ didn't like & didn't want touring. And MJ never acts against his own will.

2. His debts and loans forced him to do this again? He had to get back his catalogues? Alleged profit from This Is It Tour (50 shows = 100+ mil, 30 shows = 50 mil, 10 shows as MJ allegedly planned initially = 20+ mil) would have never helped MJ to pay off his alleged debts = 450+ mil. 10 show? 20 mil? Pff.
It (This Is It) just had no practical sense. Too little for MJ, he prefers global aims.)

3. MJ is a perfectionist. To sing 'the old songs his fans wanted to hear' after 10 years of no-touring and 8 years of no-new-releases, is rather the style of Jackson 4 (Unity Tour), and even with special effects is not actually 'perfection'.

4. It's been PROVEN that this 'spectacular spectacular' & special effects he allegedly prepared for This Is It Tour were in fact a self-contained project, A MOVIE 'This Is It'. A postmortem mocumentary shot beforehand.

So. He doesn't like touring + it has no practical sense + it's rather boring, and he in fact works at another project. "This Is It Tour" was never meant to be, the AEG contract is just smoke and mirrors, the AEG vs KJ case is just another farce.
