Minutes of meeting of HCFI Working group: 5th March 13
The meeting was chaired by Dr KK Aggarwal President HCFI. Activities and work assigned to various HCFI staff members in the previous week was reviewed.
Following observations were recorded: That no work that was assigned to staff individually was only partially completed and which included as indicted against each staff member:
Meeting as was postponed till pending work is completed.
1. Mrs Khanna leave of absence for the last five meetings continuously.
2. Was pending disposal with Dr Kakroo. He however completed tit immediately and the letter upon signatures by Dr KK Aggarwal was hand delivered in Dr Madhu Dalela’s office in Soochna Bhavan. CGO Complex New Delhi.
3. Sanjeev (Software developer) : supposed to be making software for quick entry and calculations of blood reports a that are got in different health checkups cams, was asked to do this work on top priority and get it approved by Dr KK in this week itself.
4. EMedinewS accounts to be closed by Feb end. Pranay and Yogesh Pant have been asked to keep Dr Aggarwal updated on this matter.
5. Dr Kakroo informed that PS to Secretary Health Mr Hari has informed over phone that meeting can take place in April only.
6. Kalyan samiti project stands submitted in the kalian samiti Office 4th Fl. New Secretariat on 26th Feb 13 itself by Mr Sanjeev. Since Sanjeev had not submitted the receipt copy to accounts dept. hence it was decided that copy of receipts of any letters that are hand delivered need to be submitted to accounts on the same day or early morning next day.
7. Yogesh was asked to request Birla Mandir administration to send confirmatory letter for health checkups on 18th April 13.
8. Yogesh & Adib has been asked to immediately email/send by post/by hand school letters for 6th April CPR Utsav program and keep a list of schools that have been contacted for follow-ups.
9. Dr Kakroo informed that latter by email has been sent to DPS Mathura for i) orgnaisng a CPR camp, ii.) associating for World earth day activities. As per Mrs sahpathy, both activities would be organised in April 13 itself because school examinations are being held these days.
10. World earth day proposal for submission o Earth Sciences ministry ahs been prepared and Adib has been asked to print and get it delivered by hand to the ministry after getting it signed by Dr KK.
