Minutes of meeting of HCFI Working group: 26th Feb.2013
The meeting was chaired by Dr KK Aggarwal President HCFI. Activities and work assigned to various hcfi staff members in the previous week was reviewed.
Late coming of staff members for the meeting was seriously taken and
it was ordered that half day leave to late comers and full day to
absentees be applied to.
Following decisions were taken:

2. A Meeting with Dr Madhu Dalela Jt Director Songs & drama Division Ministry of Inf.& Broadcasting GOI,was held just before the HCFI meeting started. The meeting was to discuss about how folk artists of S & D division could be involved in a IMA’s national campaign on Be Human-Stop Child Abuse. .
It was decided that Dr Kakroo will prepare a proposal for Songs and Drama division Min.of I & B GOI addressed to Dr Madhu Dalela Jt Director, for supporting a national campaign on this theme wherein a joint campaign utilizing HCFI,IMA & S&D div.’s strengths for successful implementation of this campaign .
The campaign would involve use of folk artists with a common script on prevention of child abuse in all states and UTs in the country to sensitize all segments of society .The campaign would start from Mumbai Maharashtra(Maharastra being the state with highest child abuse incidences in the country) and culminate in Delhi during CMAAO
conference later in the year.
Dr Madhu Dalela Jt Director S & D for western and central India agreed to atke part in this initiative. The role and assignments of all three organisations will be : HCFI to coordinate actual implementation of this campaign; IMA state branches to provide local coordination’s like selection of target groups, venues ,etc., and SD to provide trained
folk artists who would prepare their respective scripts on the matter that will be provided by HCFI for using it in their cultural programs. These artists would be trained by HCFI before the initaitve as launched in each state.A 2-3 day training workshop will be held.
There will be no direct financial commitments for any organizations (HCFI,IMA,S&D Div.) for this project. Each organisation would spend for their own expenditures.
8. Free Health check up camp has been planned for 18 th April 2013
in Birla Mandir.
