1. One should take 1mg/kg body weight of protein.

2. Indian’s diet is poor in proteins

3. First class proteins are not taken by Indians unless they eat chaawal dal, chaawal chhole

4. White rice which is taken with Dal is harmful. Brown rice people do not like.

5. Egg white is a good source of proteins

6. Everyone should see to it that they eat 1gm/kg body weight of protein unless contraindicated by their doctor.
