OFFICIAL NOTICE - Dragon twitter account is under vicious harrasement, defimation of charactor, threats on her welfare & Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, traducement, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words.

We are in receipt of information a statement that makes a claim, expressing an allegation on the said people listed below;

We are stating that the individual/s, business affairs, product, & services have resulted in financial loss, and the stress this has caused to Miss probert whilst in her capacity to carry out her duties.

We must make the readers of this statement any disparaging statement made by one person about another, which is communicated or published, whether true or false, depending on legal state will be used against the individual as this case will be brought before the Crown prosecution service, prior to a court of Law.

In common law jurisdictions, slander refers to a malicious, false accusations to a individual, group, society or business.

The defamation of charactor has been witnessed and documented and provided to ourselves for thorough investigation, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images, these are also documented on the offenders time lines for evidence.

Human Rights considered that blasphemy laws must be a matter for individual countries to decide.

Telephone calls of an obscene nature can also be caught by the indecency laws as a public nuisance. In 1996, the Court of Appeal ruled that a telephone call or calls that cause psychiatric injury can amount to an assault or grievous bodily harm.

All evidence is being gathered and authorities are already in the case investigating the users to the Allegations

@divineliturgy - Defamination of Charactor, Slander, violent abuse, recorded texts on Medi spa You tube channel used for business promotion. The claim was Dragon molests children in her care. Also this has been documented and evidence.
This gentleman whom we are yet to establish his true Identification accused a company Medi spa that promotes healing services through social marketing media sources that a spiritual healer & therapist working with Children, giving water therapy for free is indeed molesting children.

This gentleman has done a blog out in the public to publically destroy a lady's reputation and her welfare is now the concern of the authorties in relation to this matter.

Theft to digital images and posing as someone else to harrass viciously verbally assult women online whilst posing as Miss Probert.

@melonjuice77 - Accomplish to the accusations above whilst recording a video with her husband making slanderous comments about Dragon the lady concerned her healing and other individuals. This individual has been reported and documented on approaching with Foul language and trying to scare Miss Probert, into not going through with a legal court case to have the couple tried in a court of law.

This lady @melonjuice77, see evidence on her timeline 14/02/13 posted a screen shot showing how she hopes Miss Probert would lose income and her business be affected as a direct assult on the Dragon page. This has already happened and documented by the therapists at Medi spa whom took a phone call from a gentleman threatening her down the phone to leave her job as Dragon is online, the threat stated get Dragon off Twitter.

@theupperfoot - Whilst this gentleman has not been actually sending Miss Probert Violent attacks it is confirmed in his Twitlongers he indeed does not know Miss Probert, yet he defames her good standing charactor and her capacity to do her job effectively helping those less fortunate and unwell.

@denisejustmee - New to the accusations however recorded evidenced by Miss Probert, and other witnesses to the fowl language and uncouth remarks made to Miss Probert and her associates using the account behind @caduceusdragon, these attacks have been very threatening in tone, and also to Miss Probert feels threatened for her life, as a result of this violent assult for no reason, Miss Probert confirmed in her statement she does not know whom this individual is, neither does she follow her, or have or wish for any further involvement from her. This lady has stated she is the sister od @melonjuice77. This lady has threated Miss Probert one of the users to get off twitter.

We will point out that anyone else connected to these individuals visiting the Dragon page on twitter will be reported to twitter and protocols followed in exactly the same way twitter initially asked Miss Probert to do.

There have been other accounts however Miss Probert one of the users of this twitter account has confirmed she does not follow or wish to have contact with these individuals now or the future.

Twitter will also be asked to confirm what they did to stop the abuse and what countermeasures were made available in view of Miss Probert's complaint and physical evidence of these cyber attacks online through twitter, facebook, business phone calls, and emails, Miss Probert is awaiting Twitter response to the email communication sent and recieved by twitter.

Miss Probert is evidenced and recorded as repeat requests to @divineliturgy @theupperfoot to stop their allegations. This request was denied and the attacks have been recorded up to nearly a 6 month period.

May we make you aware, the page is monitored and any DM, or upfront contact could be recorded and evidenced if brought to trial.

PLEASE NOTE - all emails are screened and ip checked any information thought to be suspect is if not already forwarded onto the authorites for evidence.

We must make anyone reading this all phone calls are monitored and recorded.

Miss Probert confirmed in her statement that there are other users of the account in her absense and they will be brought forward as witnesses these are therapists, friends and family of Miss Probert whom grants permission to use and access the account since the Cyber bullying started some months ago.

Miss Probert has agreed to allow her Twitter account to be used by the authorities without notice.

Please may we ask for witnesses to this crime to come forward if you wish confidently to Miss Probert's business email in the first instance. Please take your time with your statement as this is what we will be asking from any witness that has agreed to come forward and have their statement given in a court of law.
