BFLD is back on a radar! This Rare Earth Element Play looks like it's setting up for something BIG, so it was important to notify you guys immediately.
BFLD has been on my watch list for some time, but an unusual spike in trading activity sparked my immediate interest.
After relatively no trading the past 2 weeks BFLD suddenly exploded on Wednesday with 728,575 in volume followed by a quiet day again today.
We can't say we know exactly what is happening, but in the past similar trading patterns (made by Company executives or large shareholders) on other stocks usually pointed to some kind of upcoming announcement like a product launch, new purchase order, partnership, etc.
BFLD (Brookfield Resources) has several rare earth properties in Canada. BFLD could be the perfect early investor opportunity for all members.
Rare Earth Metals are experiencing rapidly increasing demand for use in green technologies from consumer electronics to electric and hybrid vehicles to power storage for alternative energy sources such as wind and solar.
With rare earth metals growing in demand BFLD is positioning themselves to deliver. Companies with Rare Earth Elements are re-emerging as a strategic investment opportunity to investors.
Could Friday be the day they announce something? Could Monday reveal Breaking News? I don't know for sure, but Wednesday's Massive Volume Spike leads me to believe that BFLD could be setting up for a Potential Breakout!
REEs are essential to the high-tech and clean energy industry and we can't wait to see what BFLD does. At only an .09 cent valuation what a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor.

About Brookfield Resources Inc.
BFLD focuses its attention on mining exploration opportunities in Nova Scotia Canada specifically for the exploration of Rare Earth Elements. Brookfield is a fully reporting OTCQB company trading under the symbol BFLD.
China had long had a monopoly on the rare earth market, putting U.S. producers in a tough spot, and high tech manufacturers at the mercy of China when it came to the availability of rare earth minerals. However, it seems a major shift is taking place and a significant percentage of rare earth minerals could be mined outside of China by the year 2020. There are already a number of rare earth projects developing outside of China, the most mature of which is right here in North America.
Last year, China announced plans to reduce its export quota creating frenzy that resulted in a rare earth's bubble. However, that bubble has since burst, presenting investors with a potentially huge opportunity given the recently declining price for rare earth stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds!
One thing is certain, rare earths are here to stay and with the enormous and rapidly increasing demand the sector will likely move back into favor again very soon!
With the recent decline in rare earth stocks, current levels look extremely attractive for investors to capture shares at near bottom prices before a potential reversal and an ensuing rally! BFLD is trading at near its all time lows closing at just $0.094 cents per share in the last session.
BFLD could be in for a major breakout in the coming sessions on the back of recent news. Having recently announced its acquisition of mining claims, the company looks to be moving quickly towards its production phases, which could align perfectly with the increasing attention back towards the sector as a whole!
BFLD Engages GeoFind, & Announces Plans for Airborne Geophysical Surveys
Brookfield Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the engagement of GEOFIND INC. as its field team for its Nova Scotia property at Bear Lake. GeoFind is an exploration and mining consulting firm based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The company has become a leader in exploration in the specific area of Cobequid Highlands, Nova Scotia, which is the location of Brookfields Bear Lake property.
They have spent the past few years analyzing and testing the area, subsequent to the discovery of Rare Earths Elements in the area, by the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources. President of GeoFind Robert Krienke said "We are looking forward to this opportunity and as we all are discovering this area has immense potential, in the rare earth sector." (Read More)
BFLD Announces Tentative Agreement for Extraction Process
Brookfield Resources Inc. announced that it has entered into a tentative agreement for rights pertaining to an extraction process for heavy rare earth elements (HREE) for its Nova Scotia property at Bear Lake in the Cobequid Highlands.
Because of the high capital costs associated with extracting rare earth elements from ore, the Company has elected to investigate a broad spectrum of opportunities beyond floatation technologies, more particularly targeting resin extractions in order to reduce capital and operating costs. The company understands that this may be the most differentiating factor in making this type of mineral recovery successful. Beyond using this technology in our own programs the company will market this unique process to other mining companies. (Read More)
BFLD Announces Acquisition of Mining Claims
Brookfield Resources Inc. has commenced preparation and exploration on their claims in the Cobequid Highlands. The Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources (NSDNR) commenced a renewed research program in the Cobequid Highlands as a follow up to a late 1980's stream sediment sampling program.
Recent work has been processing and the NSDNR has announced two major mineralization discoveries: Rare Earth Elements (REE's) in 2010 and Gold (Au) in October 2011.
The REE's, as described by the NSDNR are enriched dykes and pegmatite's as part of the area's granite. The initial mineralogy work by NSDNR has identified that REE mineralization is not locked up in the zirconium, and is enriched in the rarer more valuable rare earths: the Heavy Rare Earth Elements (HREE's). Industry News:
Over the past two decades, there has been a rapid increase in demand for items that require rare earth metals. A good example of the increased demand for rare earths is cell phones. While twenty years ago not many people had a cell phone, today it is estimated there are five billion in use worldwide. As the world's population grows and becomes increasingly wealthy, that number will grow.
China is often credited with producing over 95% of the world's rare earth supply, so when China announced plans to reduce its export quota to 35,000 tons per year, the ensuing frenzy resulted in a rare earths bubble. That bubble has since burst, which presents investors with a potential opportunity as the price for rare earth stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds has declined to pre-mania levels.
Rare earth elements are here to stay and demand will likely again cause prices to increase as more and more emerging market consumers demand the same electronic luxuries that developed market consumers have enjoyed for years. (Read More)
Technical Indicators:
BFLD is trading nearer to the lower end of its established trading range of $0.07 - $0.18 closing at just $0.094 cents per share in the last session, and with a 52 Week High of $0.18 per share which represents a 125% increase over its current levels, BFLD looks to have plenty of potential for gains.
The Market Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF or REMX has fallen from its 52 Week high of $18.63 and is currently at $12.71, still up from its 52 Week Low, but has seen more or less sideways movement in recent months which could indicate a bottom for the sector as a whole.

BFLD is moving into position to potentially emerge as a leading producer of rare earth minerals outside of China. The rare earths sector surged more than 10 fold in less than a year with a growing number of entrants into the industry. Now with the Rare Earth ETF prices moving sideways, the sector looks to have now bottomed and could be in for a major reversal in the months ahead.
BFLD represents a sub $0.10 per share opportunity to capitalize on the increasing demand for rare earth minerals, ahead of a potential rally!
BFLD is an emerging company and at current levels could represent a ground floor opportunity for entry into the "rare earth" sector. As always, please do your own research this evening, and keep an eye on BFLD throughout the week.
