Squad personal army conspiracy derp update: I've been having talks with @camelotking524 & @KingSchultz1, the only two to contact me on Twitter so far, the rest have just taken to slagging me out (even though they don't know who I am, or have any idea whether I am responsible for any attacks at this point, nor can anyone provide evidence or even information as to what these 'attacks' were in the first place) in private.

Vincent McConnel (@KingSchultz1) seems mellow about it, but @camelotking524 is a very unhappy camper. That said, he created his Twitter account just to give me a hard time, his only tweets are to me, and he has no followers. Whether it's a burn out, or it's Erkle64 making more accounts to baww at me I'm unsure of yet.

The plot thickened however, I logicfagged the white knight (oh ironysnap, @camelotking I mean) pointing out I had no internet, he then changed the grievance against me from alleged and still undefined 'attacks' to uploading a torrent. Something which isn't an attack, nor anything worth getting panties in a bunch about. Unfortunately, the torrent in question is simply the one I wrote a foreword for for the h264 guys (a splinter anon group who's main claim to fame are epic compression ratios often releasing a game with a megatonne of add on content at a size comparable to the stand alone release) and this torrent was posted by .h.264 himself.

I asked him to paste me a screen shot indicating I uploaded this, and rang h to find out what was happening. He told me that he uploaded it from his account onto TPB and ticked anonymous, so there is no way that it has anyones username on the torrent, which I have confirmed to be true and correct (and you can view the same here at:

ALL of these indicate that the uploader was, as h said, ANONYMOUS. BUT. Get this right, this is the icing on the cake. The white knight account comes through and posts a screen shot of something indicating that -I- have uploaded a torrent:

Notice the bit down the bottom added by?

Interesting, isn't it! Then I noticed something odd.
He's blacked out the URL. Why would anyone do that? It's not like protecting a torrent site from ... being found on the internet when their entire purpose of existing is to be found on the internet makes any sense, right?

I have a feeling it's hiding file:// instead of http:// where he's just right clicked, view source, ctrl F'd 'anonymous' and replaced it with 'bashpr0mpt' then alt F S blah.html then file://C:\mystuff\blah.html into the browser URL box and bam, instant 'evidence' screen shot!

The problem is, every other instance of it on the web shows clearly that his is the only version showing my username. Interestingly, it also shows 0 seeds and leeches, but there are 5 fat links seeding 24/7 that do all h2's torrents and at any given time between one to a dozen leechers. So 0:0 is erroneous given those five are permanent, and the highest I've seen today alone was 28. The only possible case where a misinterpretation could occur would be if it were linking to the actual .torrent that I passed back to h with my foreword included in it over Monova and subsequently terminated, this would show 0:0 but should also show a file size smaller than the end torrent which isn't the case in the screen shot.

So this begs the question.

First I was accused of 'attacking' Squad, whilst in reality I had no internet access and was, for most of their dramatic claims, asleep in bed. Second, most of the white knights who are trying to personal army (which, let's face it, was the sole purpose of Squad's tweet claiming that the reason they are packing up their toys and going home and punishing their paying customers was to name me and have their customers angry at me specifically!) are single use throwaway accounts. All have the same typographic style, poor English skills, and strange use of anachronistic words. Whether it is all the same person, I am not yet sure, but it's definitely a possibility.

It could also be a couple of butthurt individuals. But the likelihood of people talking in the same manner is low, and the likelihood of many people being so easily manipulated and illustrating such poor free will (and a lack of foresight to even google me or read my twitter feed to find out if it's possible (which it wasn't) or even probable to begin with!) is quite low.

Either way, I do find it remarkably entertaining! So, I pose the question to you dear readers, should I bother debating the idiocy exhibited by these folks, or should I take the advice given to date and just accept the blank cheque Squad have given me by claiming I am committing criminal acts on a public forum to thousands of their paying customers and taking their services offline (ironic; they conduct denial of service to their customers to manifest the denial of service they were claiming was occuring?) to try and encourage their more dimwitted userbase (thankfully a minority) to bully and harass me?

I'm leaning towards the latter. Let's face it, it's a cut and dry case of negligence by misstatement of fact occasioning pecuniary damages, possibly even makes out the elements required for defamation. It'll cost me $25 to file in district court, and under the fair trading practices act any company trading with an Australian entity by treaty of our respective governments forfeits all rights included voided contractual rights that the jurisdiction of all complaints for equity be resolved within the jurisdiction of the customer; in this case Australia. Meaning to defend the charges Squad will have to come here, or at least send a lawyer. So it's not like I even have to go to Mexico! Shame, I could do with a holiday.

Although, come to think of it ... I don't know many Mexican guys who are very good with the English language, and they tend to use anachronistic words which make sense in their native tongue but don't sit quite well in translation. Perhaps our white knight is a Mexican? Wouldn't surprise me if the guy who runs the twitter and the guy who initially got butthurt about my review and banned me from the forums, because let's face it, as far as doing massive damage to his own company that guy has already smashed more holes in his own boat than anyone else at Squad, so it wouldn't surprise me if he's totally lost the plot and is personally attacking me now.

That said, Squad, and yes I know you're reading this because you're -that- petty, I think any chance of taking the moral high road and pretending you aren't amateur pissant petty twats who get into internet flame wars with journalists and bloggers just because your ego's are correlative in diametric opposition to the size of your genitalia and brains, you should really, really, REALLY consider hiring a PR team to manage your contact with the public.

The damage you have caused is enough to sink a company, without doubt. That level of unprofessionalism is what will haunt you and be posted to every single company that will ever invest in you, and will make sure you will never get released on Origin or Steam. That's this kind of psychotic business world behaviour of a loose cannon and a bad investment. A PR firm would have told you to take the moral high road and say nothing, they would definitely have stopped your mate 'lolattacksfrombashprompt' from making an ass of your entire firm, and would have stopped you from taking your websites down for no reason bar trying to blame me even more.

The simple fact you've attacked someone with ten times your own fan base and a demographic reach directly into the gaming community will ensure that this indiscretion -IS- the first thing that ANY potential future investor hears about your company. I am open to discussions and will welcome a public apology, but besides that I will most definitely be retaining my right to judicial relief on the matter.
