If you feel #hurt or someone hurts you, try to trace it. You will realise that at some point you would have hurt somebody else. It comes back. Do not complain or grumble. Do not blame anybody or yourself. Don’t judge yourself harshly. Treat yourself kindly. You made a mistake. Rectify it, that is all. Remember, if you hurt someone, you hurt yourself. #Spirituality
