RE Conrad Murray's bail pending appeal: "The court has read and considered appellant's motion for release on his own recognizance pending appeal or alternatively for release on reasonable bail filed December 18, 2012, respondent's opposition thereto filed December 28, 2012 and appellant's reply filed January 8, 2013. Good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied."
