FGTVLive is NOT going away. Just to clear up any confusion, the channel will remain active. I will still be working on production and such, while Ryan will be streaming wherever he ends up moving.

The house lease is just not being renewed because we have anal neighbors. We have lots of people coming in and out in a quiet neighborhood (although our house is soundproof), so neighbors thought they'd do us a favor and get the city to send citations on just about any little thing (litter/zoning?!) to the owners.

Owners felt like we were good tenants but didn't want to deal with us getting citations and having bad relations with neighbors anymore, so they decided not to let us renew. We're trying to fight it because we never got ANY kind of warning or notice in the mail, or any authority figure contacting us. Wish us luck.
