Similarly, I selected my arms different from the animals or in the way I now have, basically not for any other purpose but because whereas as an animal I had to keep gravity in mind to a considerable extent besides the electromagnetic forces, now I have to keep comparatively more in focus only the attractions and repulsions of electromagnetic forces acting on me: I can embrace something I am attracted to or I can repel something I feel repulsive.
