Adrienne took the elevator to her car in the garage of her apartment building. she rarely used it living in new York in all, everything was so close she could walk or take the subway. she decided to take her car because she wanted to show off a bit. she didn't know why, it's not like Blake would care or even acknowledge her range rover.

Jody hopped in the back seat and put himself in the car seat. Adrienne stood there with the back seat door open and watched him and secured the car seat. finally they were ready for the road. Adrienne was now five months and her stomach was starting to get in the way of things. Adrienne wasn't gonna lie, it was hard being pregnant, with a toddler, alone... not really alone, her cousin, Serenity was there sometimes but she was talking about moving out soon. serenity was hardly home anyway so Adrienne wouldn't be missing anything.

Adrienne and Jody waited outside the gym for Blake to come out. while they waited Jody asked Adrienne 101 Questions.

" where's daddy...When is daddy coming...why is your tummy so big...what's this...what's that?"

Adrienne began to get annoyed but held it in just like all the parenting books said. Adrienne remembered all parenting books she read when she was first pregnant. she made blake read them too. they sat in the guest room in blake's mother house and read them. at the time Adrienne did notice that that was beginning of the end of blake and her's relationship. that was before she nagged him to death, about anything and everything. she couldn't help herself though. her hormones were diffidently ragging.

"Daddy!" said Jody seeing blake walk out the gym and look around for Adrienne's car.

"where?" said Adrienne looking around the crowds of tall b-ball players flooding out the gym.

"over there." said Jody pointing with his little finger.

"oh.' said Adrienne.

she stepped out the car and waved her hand. blake finally saw her. she couldn't help but smile as hard as she did. he looked good and he looked happy to see her too. he walked over to her smiling just as hard. a stranger would have thought they were long distant lovers.

they hugged each other as close as Adrienne's big belly allowed them to. Jody was so excited to see his father that he got himself out the car seat and climbed to the front.

"Daddy!" he said.

blake picked him up and Jody hugged his father. it warmed Adrienne's heart seeing him so excited to see his dad. she instantly began to feel bad for separating them.

"aww you too look so cute, i need a picture."

Adrienne went through her purse looking for her camera.she took the picture. blake had a half smile and Jody smiled not showing his toddler teeth.

they were at Adrienne's Apartment building and were on their way to the elevator. Adrienne stood right infront of the door for it to open. when it did there were some kids about to race out the elevator and run into Adrienne. Blake grabbed Adrienne with the hand that was free and pulled her toward him and out the way.

"sorry ." said the kids running by them.

the kids almost running into her didn't stand out to her, what stood out was the fact that Blake didn't let go of her hand and she didn't want him to. his big warm hands holding her's made her melt. she thought it was weird that he was turning her on by simply holding her hand. she didn't know why but she felt safer with blake around.

the three of them had dinner and watched a movie. when Jody fell asleep Blake carried him to his bed and Adrienne and Blake put on a "adult" movie in her bedroom. they were so young but felt so grown. there were no parents around to catch them doing anything, no one had to be home at a certain time, and now that Jody was sleep they could finally do what they've both been wanting to do.... welllll almost. :)

"im sorry i just feel weird doing it with our baby inside me, you might hurt it." said Adrienne having second thoughts.

"i'll be gentle." he said leaning into, her kissing her but getting shut down.

"can we just cuddle...please.?" she said.

"yeah.' said Blake upset.

they got underneath her covers and Blake was right behind her with his hands on her stomach feeling the baby moving around in her stomach. he kissed her shoulder then her neck to her cheek.

"goodnight." he said.

Adrienne began to laugh.

"what?" said Blake.

"do you have a...is that your dick?" she laughing at his boner "its on my ass!"

"feel my pain." he said dead serious keeping it on her and closing his eyes.

the next morning Blake had no practice so the three of them had a lil family day they went to the bronx zoo then to an arcade in the mall while Adrienne did some shopping. not a lot of shopping because people stopped her for pictures and autographs. after the mall they took a ride to queens to visit Adrienne's mother. which Blake dreaded.

"oh, its you. the one who always get my daughter pregnant." said Adrienne's mother, miss Johanna, when she saw Blake walking into her house.

even though it was three years ago miss Johanna still doesn't like blake for knocking up Adrienne at a young age. before that she use to think that both Taylor and Blake were very good kids. but when Adrienne got pregnant she still thought Taylor was good but despised Blake.

"él es la manzana podrida echa a perder el resto Eso.
(he is the bad apple that spoils the rest)."she would sometimes say.

Raphael and Diego, Adrienne's triplet bros, were both sittin at the kitchen table when they saw blake. Blake ignored Miss Johanna and greeted the boys. Raphael and Blake were team mates in high school and for one year in college before he dropped out to be in the draft also. they were best friends that got into a couple fist fights because of Adrienne. like when he caught them doing it, when he found out Adrienne was pregnant, and when he broke up with her and made her cry. Blake no being confrontational didn't want to fight Raphael but wasn't no punk and defended himself and fought back. besides those times they got along very good.

as for diego. after their dad got arrested in 2003 for selling drugs (before they moved to OK) he started to follow in their fathers footsteps and ended up in juvenile hall for 2 years. he got out in 2005 when the family was in OK and moved with them. unlike Raphael, Diego didn't get involved unless Blake hit Adrienne, which never happend so *shrugs*.

how could two people with completely different backgrounds fall in love? well lets just say that Adrienne and Blake are the living proof of opposites attracting.

Adrienne helped in the kitchen with her three sister, Marcella, Evelyn, and Gia Lozada (different father) while the men talked about sports and guy stuff, while the kids were in the living room playing, while Adrienne's grandmother yelled at them in spanish.

"cállate antes de que yo te golpearé tan fuerte que te vas recordar dónde estás? Estoy tratando de ver mis telenovelas!
(shut up before i slap you so hard you wont remember where you are! i'm trying to watch my soap operas!)"

her grandmother use to say the same thing to Adrienne and her siblings when they were younger. except back then she had the strength to actually do it.
After dinner Adrienne Blake and Jody began to get ready to leave. before they did Adrienne's grandmother touch Adrienne's stomach and kinda held then up.

"ahhh" she said smiling. "Tuve un sueño acerca de los peces ... pez dorado. nadaban en torno a cada uno de ustedes en el océano
(i had a dream about fish... golden fish. they swam around each of you in the ocean.)."

she pointed to her grandchildren.

"pero se detuvo en usted Adrienne. usted va a tener el bebé de oro. que esperar y ver. Hay algo especial que crece dentro de ti.
(but it stopped at you Adrienne. you are going to have the golden baby. you wait and see. there something special growing inside of you.)"

Adrienne smiled as her grandmother went on and on about how her baby is golden and how Jody is golden.

they got in the car and blake asked her to translate.

"do you believe her?" he said.

"blake." said Adrienne." she says that every time someone in our family is gonna have a baby."

they laughed about it on their way home.

jody fell asleep early and Adrienne and Blake stayed up talking, laughing and really enjoying each others company. things were how they use to be, when everything was fun. somehow they started talking about the draft.

"i dont know where ill be." he said. "but where ever they put me i know i want you to come with me."

"me?" said Adrienne

"yea, you and Jody." he said. "we can find a house move in together-"

Adrienne toned blake out. she was so happy that out of all people he wanted her to come. 'does this mean what together?' said Adrienne to herself. 'wait... what does this mean? if he thinks hes inviting me to be his lil sex buddy that he just happens to have a child with hes out his monkey ass mind!'

"did you hear me?" said blake.

"why me? what is my purpose of coming with you?" said kind of defensive and ignoring his question.

"um, so we can all be together."said blake confuse as to why this good conversation took a hard left.

"were together?" said Adrienne happy again.

"i want us to be." said blake noticing her unstable hormones.

"okay." said Adrienne smiling.

'this girl is crazy' said Blake to himself but for some reason he liked that about her.

it was hard for both Adrienne and Jody to say good bye to Blake. Jody was crying which made Adrienne wanna cry a little.

'ill call you when i get off the plane." said Blake bending down a little to kiss Adrienne on the lips and kiss jody's head.

"i dont want daddy to leave." Said jody after watching walk on to the plane.

"i know, sweetie. neither do i." said Adrienne.
