Regarding the Michael Bush autograph drama –

Our belief is that all of us need to be mindful that when we tweet something- that it may be retweeted across the world in a matter of minutes.. once in cyberspace ....always in cyberspace.

Unless we have all the facts it is not productive to go about tweeting that anyone participated in illegalities when it comes to auctions, autographs, etc.. until proof is given. If a buyer feels they’ve been defrauded it is imperative that they take steps to recoup their monies and seek legal actions and additional remedies against Michael Bush and Julien’s Auction IF they have proof of criminal activity.

Lady Gaga was a big buyer of items from this auction- Are her financial advisors looking into this issue? Seems she'd be the powerhouse that could shine any sort of light on Julien's malfesance, if they exist.

It would seem Michael Bush and Juliens have lots of ‘splainin’ to do -

MJJCommunity is interviewing Michael Bush and Ron Sweet just annouced that MJJCollectors group will interviewing Darren Julien - http://t.co/pARExCwX

But much unbridled passion, as usual has been swirling around Twitter, Facebook, autograph boards etc….

We know nothing and we can only speculate … We can observe, analyze and formulate questions for Michael Bush and Darren Julien

1) According to Karen Faye, Michael Bush asked Michael to sign a multitude of items.

Are some of the people who are using KF tweets to support their theories the same who accused her of selling her private photos to TMZ and /or stealing MJfan monies from MJJSource?

Did she ? We don’t know - but find it so fascinating how fans jump on her words as paragon of truth, NOW that she’s turned on her long time friend and associate Michael Bush.

Did he? If so how many signed items did he possess? If he had a plethora what would possess him to create phoney ones?

2) Timing of book and auction

Tompkins being the actual designer and Bush the dresser we would assume that Tompkins would have owned many pieces from Michael as well. Did Tompkins bequeath them to his partner Bush?

Why did the book and auction happen only after Tompkins death?

3) The LAGear Standee

License: Triumph International / Bravado August 2009

Scribed doc of HTWF state that - Deal may have been struck in March 2009 to do merchandise for TII. Early June - they said they took 300 designs to Michael early June and he approved 290 of them.

What does the word “design” encompass?

Would LA Gear be part of TII merchandising?

The LA GEAR standee, according to a simple statement in emails from Bravado to fans were “manufactured” AFTER June 25th 2009 –

Why were they manufactured? Was Bad25 part of Michael’s 5 yr plan?

Could prototypes been given to Michael prior to the “manufacturing” ?

Could Michael have signed one of the prototypes for Michael Bush?

If so, when and how would that have occurred between early June and June 25th?

Is it plausible or even possible?

4) Michael Bush- Behavior in his own words.

King of Style:Dressing Michael Jackson – pg 193

“The room erupted in cries. I sat silently, suddenly feeding alone. He was gone. I was desperate to get the hell out of there, but nobody was allowed to leave. Because of the panic that had ensued, management was concerned about crisis management, looting, and protecting the valuables that so casually lay around dressing room tables and over the backs of chairs. I spent what seemed like hours in Michael's dressing room gathering up personal items, anything that I thought could be stolen or sold online, and locking up wardrobe pieces” and “To me, a friend, a person had died, but everyone was acting, instead, as guardians of meaningless commodities.”

Also, from his book writes about how emotional it was for him to dress MJ for burial- then adds instead of burying him in the actual shoes that he’d danced in, Bush scuffed up a pair of Florshiems, as Michael had taught him, and used those instead. Pg 198

Which is he - Savior, opportunist or mercenary?

5) Someone said Bush said –

Someone said that Michael Bush told them that the signatures are different because Michael was on drugs when he signed them.

Who is this person? and how forthright are they ? Do we know they are speaking truth about Michael Bush?

This is hearsay

Many people say many things but in court turn around and discredit they own words … take Bob Jones for instance.

Let’s say for the sake of argument HE did say it – that would make him a bit of an ASS wouldn’t it? To ask Michael to sign stuff incapacitated?

Sort of like MJ said in deposition regarding Konitzer and Weisner and POAs?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We aren’t saying don’t question …. QUESTION everyone and everything… just don’t accuse before you get proof.
True to form – Judging other fans during this issue is rampant.
MJ fans might want to be mindful that their comments on boards are read by other outside the fanbase and calling other fans “ass kissers” and other demeaning terms is offensive and says a whole lot more about them than the fans they are trying to marginalize.
Also, don’t judge others for their silence on an issue since you have no idea what they are doing behind the scenes.
“Better to stay silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt” Confucius
