2) Official sellers Parter.ua http://parter.ua/en.html and Palace of Sports http://spalace.com.ua/ have no tickets yet. When will - they don't known
3) Nothing is known about tickets into so-called PLATINUM zone
IN GENERAL: We do not recommend to buy tickets rushing headlong. Wait for official sellers. Be alert and stay tuned.
