Update on #Rohingya 400 villagers killed - source's parents likely among them!
10/23 Yan Theyk Village, Mrauk U Township, Rakhine State, Burma was attacked by Rakhine with national military present but no intervention. All village burnt down. About 400 dead. Village is land locked and many survivors who remain are disabled, elderly or injured and unable to escape on foot. They have no shelter, food or medical care. The military came, took photographs and left without delivering any aid. 10/28 Chicago Rohingya refugee has been unable to findout whether his parents in YT Village are alive or dead. He spoke with villagers and many more will die soon without aid or rescue.
