Official #Syria Resistance Statement on the bombing of #Damascus Army Staff HQ: “a group of Brigade heroes in collaboration with sympathetic secret Military Engineering soldiers carried out a complex targeted building martyrdom Operation as follows:

Our Brigade succeeded in penetrating the building fortifications for the third time in a row - and with the cooperation with some honorable soldiers from inside the building - were able to plant four explosive devices of a powerful explosive.

At seven o'clock, only five minutes of the morning Wednesday on 26/09/2012 the operation began – when a Resistance suicide bomber targeted the main entrance of the building - by detonating his car at the main HQ entrance.

Then a second group consisting of 4 of our Brigade members following the chaos from the first bombing - stormed the HQ entrance and set off the detonated explosive planted on the corners of the third floor of the building.

This prompted Assad Officers and soldiers to escape from the building to the outside where a martyrdom group was waiting for them at the bottom of the building.

Heavy fire from rifles of our Brigade killed and wounded a large number of the Assad Officers and soldiers.

They then blew up a car in their possession - which led to the killing, injuring and destruction of everything that was located in the courtyard of the building - and caused the huge fire in the same building.

5 of our fighters became heroic martyrs – and we give notice to #Assad of further operations that will shake the foundations of this already faltering Regime”
