I made an informal complaint to @Joe_Jackson_73 regarding the Terms & conditions on the website.
I made a connection to Joe Jackson some months back through following and reading his tweets. Mr Jackson asked for a donation to his ebook or PDF book? The record of our conversation is within the Dialogue and i confirmed i would make a donation when i looked into it i was Busy at that point.
Mr Joe Jackson asks for Donations for Sections of a Book if i am to believe.
After many months i decided to sit down take a good look at the company Ethos and its Mission statement, no where could i find if the Money was going to Mr Jackson's own personal foundation (his own pocket) or is he giving a % of his earnings or the whole amount to any charity or Foundation.
I looked at the website and initially thought good idea, however whom do the funds go to and what's the cause and the mission statement.
The website is Dressed very nice and i am not quivering on other satisfied customers.
However as a consumer on the internet i am aware of my legal rights to ask for information prior to departing with Currency online.

I asked Mr Joe Jackson on Sunday 23rd September 2012 for his company registration number & company registration address & Director's listing. I would like to know whom i am paying this money to, also to check the records on companies house in the USA or any other country.
All Business regardless of Sole Trader you must in your Terms & conditions list information to verify the person behind the account and for complaints procedures.
Within the website there is no where listed the Company or Charity or Foundation registration information, or whom owns the site and company is it Ltd, Plc, or sole trader account, and/or sole trader address.
Anyone promoting for good Causes, Charity or humanitarian foundations have an up most duty to be as transparent as possible.
After asking Mr Joe Jackson for the above information it was declined which is easily obtainable to give either sole trader information or directors details Address & company number.
What i find very strange is through my informal complaint not saying its connected however Michael Jackson Twitter fans all attempted to ask me why i was doing this even bordering of Violating my Human rights.
I can answer that people that may choose to read this here; its a legal right to ask for information when trading online.
Mr Joe Jackson stated he will make a statement for Monday 24th September 2012, and as such today is 25th September 2012, I have not received such a statement with full disclosure of Facts. When a simple Twitter or link with the information could of been disclosed at that point.
I am absolute positive you will be able to provide the information as asked in my informal complaint in due course.
May I also make a suggestion for the Future more Transparency, Where does the money go, what is it for and what is it spent on.
If the website had of held all the above information i would of donated many months ago as i previously suggested on my twitter dialogue to Mr Joe Jackson.
