Hey @Rudy8292! Seasons is coming with 12 different festival lots (one for each of the official home worlds we've made so far) that will be available to place from the community lot bin in Edit Town mode. In most cases they're based on the largest park that's found in any particular world; so while I don't have specific lot dimensions in front of me, they're generally pretty big. Of course if you want to build a new festival lot from scratch that perfectly fits into your custom world you'll be able to do that as well.
