"Promised not to date a same girl"
-Do you drink often..
Jaejin: "we hang around often. Even if we have our own schedule and go out we call our members and drink together in the end. We enjoy drinking to a certain extent."
-There must have been many episodes while drinking.
Jonghun: "Seunghyunnie was once carried to emergency room after drinking. We had group dinner after a concert but he drank without eating properly the whole day. There was an interview the next day and Seunghyunnie opened his eyes and couldn't move his body. They said it was serious dehydration. Maknae Minhwannie is easily touched by hyung's word and cry when he drinks. One member was drinking with japan rock band friends and vomited a lot in front of the toilet. Korea and Japan rock band took the mop and cleaned the floor together. It was really funny."
-Who's the most popular among Japanese girls. (All members point to Jaejin)
Jaejin: "I've never dated a celebrity before. I went on dates with normal people but never went into a relationship."
-which member has the most dating experience. (Hongki volunteers to raise his own hand and the rest of the members point to Hongki and Jonghun)
Hongki: "I've dated several times for short periods. I've dated famous celebrity before. But because we're busy and there's a lot of overseas activities, the relationship don't last long. I'm too into games these days that I don't have time to meet. I think Jonghun has similar experiences as me but he meets well without getting caught."
-There are cases where girlfriends clash among members.
Jaejin: "No we never clash. When we start dating, we tell and share everything. And the rules that our team made is 'Lets not clash girls' and 'Lets not get our parents involved in work' we've been keeping them well so far."
"CNBlue, stays at home only cuz they are scared of rumors"
-How are you with your company junior CNBlue. They are older even though they are juniors.
Hongki: "Yonghwa and I are friends so everything is arranged based on age. Seunghyun almost became a CNBlue member so he's friends with all of them. We are more like friends instead of senior and juniors."
-There are guesses that you have conflicts as CNBlue debuted while FTIsland was away.
Hongki: "No. We were really happy when CNBlue did well. But because we are our company's first singer there were lots of trial and errors. Since CNBlue is the second the company was more careful with them. We were slightly upset when we saw that. Moon Heejun and Tony An hying said 'We are SM's first idol. First always has some sadness'."
-You will like CNBlue's music. How do you rate them as a person.
Jonghun: "They are shivering in the fear of rumors we experienced during our 1-2 years of debut. We were also like 'why would things that we didn't do become rumors?' at first and were scared out. So they don't even go out of the house these days."
"we are rock band"
-There are still hate comments saying whether you are a rock band.
Jaejin: "Because we are not self-made band but a band made up by the company so it's a fact that we will get those critics. Of course we get hurt by them but it's true that we are improving. The people who say these, we hope they come to our concert once."
-What's your dream now.
Hongki: "I think we have to make our own path now. We used have wishes for us to get 1st or how much albums to sell. A Japanese band, One OK Rock, who is close to us said 'we didn't know you started as an idol. We listened to your music thinking that you started as indies. Won't you be able to make a new path if you have both the idol image and good in music' and that was stuck in my heart. Our homework now is to use the good points of idol and artist to make a new path."
FTIsland's drinking went numerously from hot to cold. They are definitely playful youth of early 20s when talking about games and club. But once music becomes the topic they eyes change as if 'He came'. They had goals after experiencing hard period after hitting the highest popularity. On Hongki's comment that "we would have become just normal idols who do whatever we are asked to" the members nodded their heads. One vote for FTIsland's saying that 'Come to see their concert first before writing hate comments'!
