Steelers RB Jonathan Dwyer: "It's like a sprain, nothing serious. It's nothing to freak out about. They did an X-ray on me but everything is okay. I still feel sore. We don't play again until the 19th so I still have some time. I don't know if they will let me practice, but I will be fine."
On when it happened:
"It actually happened earlier in the game in the first quarter. When I was falling down I put my arm out to brace myself and someone got a shot on my shoulder. I just kept going though until the second quarter. I had a run for like 33 yards and I knew I couldn't pump my arms like I wanted to. I didn't feel right so I came out. They checked me out and everything was in place, but the coaches told me just to relax and rest up. I felt like I could have gone back in though."
Can you lift your L. arm/shoulder:
"I can lift my arm over my head now. It just feels sore."
