Rainfall Warning Signals
Yellow Warning --> rainfall observation is from 7.5mm to 15mm w/in 1 hour is likely to continue; community awareness, flooding is possible in low-lying areas and areas near the river channel
Green Warning --> rainfall observation is more than 15mm up to 30mm w/in 1 hour; community preparedness, flooding is threatening
Red Warning --> rainfall observation is more than 30mm w/in 1 hour or if continuous rainfall for the past 3 hours is >65mm; community response, serious flooding is expected, evacuation to higher grounds
