Click on "REGISTER" on the top right corner of the page.
Then just follow the instructions. They're in English anyway ^^

Have a scanned copy of your passport or any valid ID ready for they require it for registration.

After filling up everything, you have to wait for about a week to see if your registration has been completed.

The first time I tried, I used my school ID and it was not accepted. So I had to register again and gave a scan of my passport and then, voila! My registration was accepted.
