@LeeInMKE FastFood in terms of kCal's is extremely cheap but unhealthy. You still need to eat much more than you expend ea/ day in terms of calories.

I wuold have a diet rich in complex carbs, protein, healthy fats between at least 5 meals/day and start a solid weight training program. If you're un-sure of how to diet, what to eat or what to train then you still need to do some basic research if you want to make any real progress. Naming a few types of food or exercises isn't going to be any real help until you develop a base.
