@10PM the eye of TYPHOON Butchoy was located @ 840 KM NORTHEAST of Basco, Batanes or at 120KM EAST of Okinawa, Japan (26.2N, 129.0E)W/ MAX SUST. WINDS of 150 KPH; gustiness up to 185 KPH. It is moving NORTH NORTHEAST at 30KPH.
It is expected to be @ 970km Northeast of Basco, Batanes or @ 180km Northeast of Okinawa, Japan by tomorrow early morning. &

* Meanwhile, TS "Talim" (intl name) was estimated @ 820km west of Extreme N. Luzon (19.2N, 112.6E) with maximum winds of 75kph and gustiness of up to 90kph. It is forecast to move Northeast slowly.
*TS "TALIM" & TY BUTCHOY will continue to enhance the SW MONSOON that will bring occasional rains over Northern and Central Luzon becoming frequent rains over the western section. Residents in these areas are advised to stay alert against possible flashfloods and landslides.
*FISHING BOATS & SMALL SEACRAFTS are advised NOT to venture out into the seaboards of LUZON due to big waves generated by the SW Monsoon
