I don't know what you can do, but I am trying to bring awareness to a good cause. Crystal Masionis of Round Lake Beach, IL, has been an advocate for a genetic disorder her 7 year-old daughter was born with called CHARGE Syndrome.
But unfortunately, Crystal has a new fight. She was diagnosed with melanoma a couple years ago, and a couple weeks ago, it was found that the cancer has moved to her brain. The brain cancer is terminal, and the doctor's put her on hospice. Just today, she was moved into in-patient hospice because of a seizure she had. She does not have very much longer to live.
Between medical bills from her daughter's disorder, and her own cancer, her family has pretty much lost all of their money. She has a husband and two sons, plus Eva, her daughter.
