SYNOPSIS : At 10AM today, Tropical Storm "Butchoy" was estimated based on satellite and surface data @ 510km East southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.3N,131.0E) with maximum sustained wind of 110kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140kph.It is forecast to move west northwest @ 15kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
FORECAST: Luzon will occasional rains becoming frequent over the western section which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
