Here's the longer version: We will be releasing a client patch shortly. The server issues we are having should never ever have affected paid users, but it has and this is due to a major bug that was introduced in the 1.0 XSplit client.

We have already resolved that so paid users (premium or personal) will not anymore have problems logging in after installing the patch even if our server should still be affected. This however will require that the users has logged in on the workstation before using the same account. Patch will be available shortly.
