for those asking for my Rib & Sauce Recipe:

DRY RUB:
1 tbls Garlic Powder
1 tbls Onion Powder
1 tbls Salt
1 tbls Cayenee Pepper
1 tbls Black Pepper
1 tbls White Pepper
1/2 cup paprika
1 cup brown sugar (light)

genrously rub the ribs the night before... wrap tight in saran wrap and stick in the fridge.

take ribs out of fridge one hour before cooking.

(I developed this recipe while living in an apartment without access to a grill)

Heat oven to 225*-250*

place large roating pan on bottom rack - fill with 2.5 cups apple juice, 2.5 cups of Apple Cider and 2 cap full of Apple Cider Vinigar.

take some of that juice mixture and put it in a spray bottle - you will need it later.

place ribs on rack - bone side down above the pan filled with apple juice and cider.

Cook for 4.5 hours

after the first 1.5 hour - take the spray bottle with apple juice/apple cider and spray down the ribs every half hour.

NOw that I do own a grill - I pull the ribs out at 4 hours and quickly grill each side for a minute..... but that is not needed.... when I lived in those apartments without a grill .... this was a method to get perfect ribs from the oven.

Don't Sauce them.... offer a sauce if people want to add it - but good RUBBED BBQ don't need no sauce.

if you have to make a SAUCE -
1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchuup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tblsp of sugar
1 tblsp black pepper

BOIL IT for a few mins, let cool and serve
