The article said that accdg to an MBC official netizens are not aware of the real situation that's why the misunderstanding took place. They wanted to end such a big stage 'cleanly' so they asked Leeteuk who has good MC skills to do the ending ment. To say that he 'prevented' Tiffany from proceeding is ridiculous. Since Leeteuk was clearly seen holding a mic on stage explains that everything has been planned beforehand.
