CBS replaced Charley Casserly with Jason La Canfora on its NFL pregame show. I asked NFL Network if they were interested in increasing Casserly's on-air role. This is a response from a network spokesman: “We recently doubled the number of reporters covering the league 24-7 for NFL Media properties. Charley will continue in his role as an analyst for NFL Network’s Path to the Draft and NFL Draft coverage. As the preseason and regular season approach, we will take a look at potential opportunities for Charley.”
