We are outraged at the treatment that the LAPD is giving Dr. Conrad Murray for the murder of Michael Jackson:
• It took the LAPD eight months to arrest Conrad Murray when the coroner's report ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide in June 2009.
• The LAPD is not doing a thorough investigation and not interrogating all the witnesses that could give vital testimony concerning Conrad Murray leaving the premises after putting Michael Jackson under propofol.
• The D.A.'s office negotiated taking Conrad into custody without handcuffs.
• The Court continues to deny Michael Jackson's parent a right to contest the Will when there are serious breaches involved with the executors.
• The Court continues to deny K Jackson's right to a court hearing on the issue of hER son's estate but allowing the executors to profit millions of dollars from his son's estate.
• The D.A.'s office is choosing a lesser charge of manslaughter when it is obvious from the facts of the case that Conrad Murray should be charged with murder because he::
o Has failed to admit that he left the premises after putting Michael Jackson under propofol to meet with a call girl.
o Lied to the police concerning the timeline.
o Lied to the police about the amount of propofol that he gave Michael Jackson.
o Failed to call 911 immediately upon learning that Michael Jackson had stopped breathing.
o Tried to cover up the time of death of Michael Jackson by turning up the heater to keep the body warm defraying the time of death.
• The Court is allowing the executors of Michael Jackson's estate to profit from the estate which is against Probate Code Section 9657 and denying Michael Jackson's parents from being executors.
It is a blatant and obvious that Michael Jackson's civil rights are being violated by the LAPD, the D.A.'s office and the Judicial Criminal and Probate Court systems.
It is also obvious that the death of Michael Jackson is not fully being investigated, not fully being charged and allowing Conrad Murray to get off on a lessor charge of manslaughter.
Dr. Conrad Murray is also being afforded special privileges. He was allowed to remain free for 8 months before being brought to justice for the reckless, careless and intentional murder of Michael Jackson.
We are requesting that the United States Justice Department form a special task force to investigate why the governmental offices involved are not doing their job in this case and allowing Dr. Conrad Murray receive special privileges for the murder of Michael Jackson.
We, the Michael Jackson fans and supporters worldwide, demand that the Department of Justice order a special investigation into the homicide death of Michael Jackson to determine the following:
• If Michael Jackson's civil rights are being breached by not properly investigating his murder.
• If the governmental offices of the LAPD, D.A's office, the Criminal Court and Probate Court is co-participating in the collusion of Michael Jackson's death investigation by not properly charging the case, failure to arrest, special treatment for Dr. Conrad Murray, not allowing Michael Jackson's family control of his estate and allowing the executors to profit from the estate.
It is our intention to seek justice for the wrongful murder of Michael Jackson. Millions of Michael Jackson fans worldwide are outraged by the injustice that Conrad Murray is receiving for Michael Jackson's death.
