ALERT! There's an ambush interview with Stan Lee from Moviefone that is getting a lot of play where they accuse Stan of keeping Jack Kirby's name out of the credits of the Avengers. IT IS FALSE! Jack's name IS in the credits alongside Stan's as co-creator. Not to mention Stan has no ability to decide credits - that the Producer's prerogative.
