@bigblackcaulk there is always a reason why Allah gives a pain or disaster to a person. the reason could be for the individuals, or also to the people around them. if some children have a bone cancer as you said. maybe it's because the lifestyle of their parents before, because of consuming alcohol or any unhealthy life style (fyi, that's why our religion doesnt allow us to drink that kind of thing, because the impact that caused by the alcohol is really bad and it's written in Qur'an)
maybe it sounds unfair for the children, but that's life. there is nothing perfect in life. from what that children get we learn how to be grateful for life that He gives to us. if there is no pain in life, we will never be grateful for what we got.
