Police and the Govt is Forcing us to withdraw Shri Ram Navmi Procession: Raja Singh

Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh): Staunch Hindu leader Shri T Raja Singh has been released from fake vehicle case after 12 days today on 24th March afternoon. The case was actually filed to stop the Shri Ram Navmi procession in the city.

Mr. Raja Singh was arrested on 12th March on a fake vehicle case. Right after the release, Shri Singh called a small meeting of his members and Hindu Dharmabhimanis in a Goshala and revealed the real story of the fake case and the Anti Hindu plans of the government.

While speaking about his arrest on 12th March he said, “I was called by the police without any reason. So when I reached there, the additional DCP of CCS (Central Crime Station) asked and told me to not to do Sri Ram Navmi procession in the city. He was asking, ‘why you do the procession? Don’t do it’. When I said I will and my Hindu brothers at any cost will do this procession, then he told that he will file a stolen vehicle case and put me in the custody. Actually the vehicle was mine’’

“The police was trying to find the Hindu related issues where I had gone years ago and was black mailing me to file several cases. If there were a case on me then police should have informed me earlier. They didn’t even give any notice about these cases. That day they filed totally Six Cases on me. Along with that they put section 411, section 468 and section 471. A Hindu police officer himself said several times that ‘I am in an immense pressure’. This shows the government’s part here’’, said.

The real owner of the so called stolen Qualis vehicle Mr. Lal Bahadur Singh was also present in this small meeting. He said, “I clearly told the police that the vehicle is mine and it has all the law required documents. But the police had made his mind to fix this case.”

Speaking about Shri Ram Navmi procession Mr. Raja Singh positively replied, “The whole case, fake reports on media and pressure were created to defame us and the festival. But actually the police had given publicity to Shri Ram Navmi. So we should thank the police department. This time we will celebrate it in a higher level. Pamphlets will be distributed today and all Hindu brothers will work hardly to make this procession grand success. Whether I am here or not the procession will be success.”

When a question was asked that, is there any chance of re arresting him right before Sri Ram Navmi? He said, “There are chances like that, but our Hindu brothers can make this procession grand. The police told me to sign every Tuesday and Friday in CCS office.”

Meanwhile, now the members of Hindu organizations and Shri Raja Singh himself without any rest are working hard to make the procession success.
