Effective February 25, 2012, (Saturday) from 1:00 AM onwards, CM Recto Ave (WB) will be CLOSED TO TRAFFIC from Legarda St., to Evangelista St. Counterflow will be implemented along CM Recto Ave (EB) to destination.
Vehicles coming from Sampaloc area Utilizing J.Fajardo St. (bound for Quiapo) shall turn at Eranshaw St. to Legarda St. to destination.
PUV Buses coming from Quiapo Area bound for San Juan, Taytay and Cainta utilizing CM recto shall go straight Quezon Blvd. right Lerma to España to destination.
Private and Heavy vehicles are advised to take alternate route.
Expect HEAVY TRAFFIC. Sorry for the inconvenience. #mmda
