Why $ZNGA is a buy and hold. i usually buy dips and sell rips in equities that i hold ( or own )more then 6 weeks, ( they are usually spec too ) with ZNGA i bot around 13ish a week or so ago for it has limited downside once it held 11.74 the days after FB IPO mania.. traders are now realizing what they didnt realize the day of IPO .. FB need ZNGA more then ZNGA needs FB .. FB started taking 1/3 of every ZNGA transaction for Zuckerberg saw the growth and knew, ZNGA had a higher margin business, so .. he evened it out .. these actions put a discount on the stock .. regardless if u want to count GAAP or no GAAP earnings.. ZNGA has the most futuristic and stupid proof business model ever created.. the only wayt FB and ZNGA can be losing trades in the next 18mo. or so is.. if they pay themselves a bigger piece of the pie then they have been or the next best social network comes along and FB gets too boring becoming a late stage myspace.., ZNGA is shielded becuz once they start putting games on Twitter the stock will surpass my 22 price target. Twitter is the next best thing..in conclusion, i will be unable to access the internet for a good part of 2012, thats why i using this buy and hold strategy for ZNGA. ZNGA is War Horse & The shorts are being squeezed more early then shit 4rm its muscle-bound cheek during its morning CRAP, now already upside down dragging accelerating screaming, reaching for the reins for dear life with one cowboy boot decapitating marigolds, and face ripped off by prairie dog holes ..
