@TattleCat All of the "cyclines" are very hard on the stomach. Clavamox generally works well for the nose and may be better tolerated. Convenia is an injectable antibiotic which I'm not crazy about using due to some safety concerns, but if there's no oral antibiotic that can be tolerated, you may want to talk to your vet about Convenia.
