|Conclusion|

Firstly JaeChunSu said they contacted HoMin, but HoMin deny it. Then Jaejoong tweeted at the same day of the press conference that he sent a text message xD. Not long after Junsu tweeted a whole speech.
The main point is the 3rd tweet where he seems to be asking someone (Yunho) to open his heart for someone else (Jaejoong).

In the 1st and 2nd tweet it's obvious that Junsu is talking to Yunho (or actually giving him a lecture about love xD). But the main point where he confessed that yunjae is real is this sentence "look at that place deep in your heart, a love so big is hidden"

The reason why I think it's about Yunho?
JaeSu tweeted on the same day as press conference, but in that same press conference Yunho said HE DID READ JUNSU'S TWITTER :DDDD

Regarding Junsu's infamous tweet, Yunho said, "When I first read Junsu's tweet [.. Omitted..] "

So JaeSu probably saw the press conference and tweeted a reply to it. :D

YunJae is real was just confirmed by Junsu.
