Q & A

Q: what is your favorite thing to do to relax and unwind ? -Linda
A: My Favorite thing to do to relax is lying on the couch and watching a good movie! :)

Q: Best travel destinations for adults in LA? -LM
A: Well if you want a city vacation, I recommend West Hollywood, which is close to Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Downtown. West Hollywood has lovely cafés, restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a beach vacation, Malibu Beach and Hermosa Beach are my favorite beach destinations in LA.

Q: I read somewhere that Adam singing the title song to some TV show always makes you laugh. Is there anything that you do that makes him laugh? -Tuula
A: Speaking Finnish is one sure way of making him laugh. I can tell you Finnish sounds pretty exotic and funny to a lot of Americans! :)

Q: Do you like to cook? What are your signature dishes and what was the last dish you cooked that you liked? :) Oh and it'd be nice to get a recipe for your Christmas meatballs. -Hansu
A: I like to cook. I cook meals from scratch almost every day and I usually come up with my own recipes. The last thing I made was chicken with steamed asparagus and a spinach avocado salad. My signature dish is definitely meatballs, with a Swiss roll for dessert. The meatball recipe is as easy as: 400 g ground beef, a tub of sour cream, onion soup mix and lots of black pepper. Mix everything in a bowl and start rolling away, cook in the oven. Yum!!

Q: What is different about Finnish people and people in America that you have met? Do you think people in middle America differ from the coasts? -Cameron
A: American people are more social than the Finnish people. I have never been to middle America. I would like to go visit.

Q: That picture with the headphones reminds me: what kind of music do you listen to? Are there any bands/artists that you could recommend? -Noora
A: When I'm jogging, I listen to all kinds of music, as long as it has a fast beat. This week I've been jogging with Rihanna's latest album. :)

Q: You work in the media, which is good, but have you ever thought about working with children/youth? -LenaS
A: It would be great to work with youth sometime in the future. I'm sure it would bring with it lots of positive energy and experiences. I'd like to support youth in attaining their dreams. Sometimes it feels like their dreams and aspirations are decided for them at a very young age.

Q: What's your most important value in life that you would never compromise? -Mumi
A: Finding my own way to happiness and sticking to it is an important value. The most important value, however, is my family and friends, wherever I go.
