Has Hilary taken diplomacy too far?
Word is being leaked from anonymous administration sources, about Secretary of State Hilary Clinton secretly authorizing the use of enhanced diplomatic techniques, in an effort to get concessions from Maltese bankers, Clinton is whispered to have resorted to long, pointless harangues and fake canapé social events with folding chair cello recitals.
Shocked Maltese heads of state have recently agreed to provide tariff free port access to U.S. traders in exchange for cancellation of U.S. hosted embassy events through spring of 2018. When asked about the apparent connection between the enhanced techniques and recent economic concessions, a spokesman for the Maltese Franc for Future Fortune (MFFF) denied knowledge of any agreement and quickly left for a previous appointment. He was later seen putting up posters at the commercial docks offering U.S. merchant marines free lodging at local hotels, during port visits.
