Uepi has updated the manual today :) said he was thinking of dyeing his hair blonde and decided to go to a salon. However when he was at the salon, he asked around and the girls around him told him that there's no need to grow his hair long; his current hairstyle looks good and manly the way it is.
So he ended up leaving the salon without getting anything done.
