Excerpt from an email from Peter Robinson of SET Foundation:

We have arranged with one of our scholarship colleges to give special flood-relief grants to students who were particularly financially affected by the floods in their villages. We will be giving 100 grants of 3,000 Baht each, but probably not until mid-January (we’re very careful about assessment). I appreciate that the funds from the party won’t nearly cover that, but they will go a long way towards it.
