For those falsely claiming the bill the President is about to sign doesn't codify indefinite detention - even though the ACLU, HRW and virtually everyone else has said it does, because it so obviously does:

This is what Section 1021(c) of the bill says (http://is.gd/2u9yi0)-

______

"The disposition of a person under the law of war as described in subsection (a) may include the following:

(1) Detention under the law of war ******without trial****** until the end of hostilities authorized by the Authorization to Use Military Force."

______
(emphasis added)

Is there any way within the English language that this could be made clearer to you? DETENTION WITHOUT TRIAL UNTIL THE END OF HOSTILITIES.
