Please help me understand?
Syrian people are asking and begging for an answer and I don't know what to answer. How much human loss is enough to constitute a true humanitarian emergency where someone comes and helps? Words sound nice (sanctions, suspensions) but it doesn't end the bloodshed and senseless massacre's. Everyday you wait it costs them not with money or material things, it cost precious lives something that you can never regain or put a monetary price on. They truly appreciate the World taking notice and the condemnations of President Assad and his regime, but they need to know when will they be able to raise their children or go to the store or even sleep at night without being at risk of torture or death? So please explain how I answer that or what hope or glimpse of light I can give to these courageous people depending on the us "the free world" to help protect them? This is what is continuing since sanctions & suspension. As you use words or threats on President Assad he uses bombs and death squads to retalliate on his citizens for asking for a better life. PLEASE SEND HELP WE ARE ASKING FOR A NO FLY ZONE AND / OR BUFFER AREA. PLEASE WE ARE PLEADING FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. We do not want a civil war or anymore deaths on either side. Just a chance at a better life for us and our children. )
