WIN ALOE BLACC UK TOUR TICKETS – TWITTER COMPETITION

The following are terms and conditions of the [Aloe Blacc ticket competition]. The promoter of this competition is Diageo Great Britain Limited, Lakeside Drive, London, NW10 7HQ.
This competition is open to all persons aged 18 and over except Diageo employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
Tanqueray is proudly sponsoring Aloe Blacc’s European tour and to celebrate they are offering a pair of tickets for three of Aloe Blacc’s UK gigs - Glasgow (12 December), Bristol (13 December) and London (15 December)

The closing times for the competition are –
1. Glasgow tickets – competition closes 7th December 2011 at 13:00 GMT
2. Bristol tickets – competition closes 8th December 2011 at 13:00 GMT
3. London tickets - competition closes 12th December 2011 at 13:00 GMT

• To enter, entrants must head to http://www.twitter.com/aloeblacc and submit a tweet to stating what would be the perfect start to the participant’s night. For the entry to be eligible, the tweet must include the tag #startthenightright and the gig the participant wants tickets for (eg #startthenightright #glasgow) Tweets must not contain any material which is in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or inappropriate or which infringes the rights of any third party, or advertise or promote third parties’ or your own goods or services. This is due to our commitment to responsible drinking, a copy of our alcohol policy can be found at http://www.drinkiq.com/en-row/Documents/diageo-marketing-code.pdf.

• Any entrant who tampers, intervenes, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to make such entries void.

• The winner of each round will be the person who, in the judges’ opinion, submits a tweet with the most original and inspiring way to start the night. There are six tickets to be given away throughout the duration of this promotion, the judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• All entrants must be available to attend the performance they have submitted an entry for –
1. Glasgow – 12th December 2011
2. Bristol – 13th December 2011
3. London – 15th December 2011
• The prize for each round is a pair of tickets to either the Glasgow, London or Bristol Aloe Blacc gig (as applicable), as specified by the entrant when they submit their entry. Both entrant and participant must be aged 18 years and over to participate in this promotion.
• Entrants will retain copyright in their submitted entries, however, by entering, all entrants licence to the promoter a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable nor can it be substituted.
• Events may occur to make the prize draw or award impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result.
• By entering this competition and accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

• • The entrant must be resident in the UK.
• • Acceptance of the prize must be received by –
1. 8th December 2011 (Glasgow gig)
2. 9th December 2011 (Bristol gig)
3. 13th December 2011 (London gig)
• Should the promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• The winner may be required to participate in publicity.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Tanqueray and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for communications associated with this campaign or for further brand communication if the entrant has specifically opted into receive this.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner and/or any of his/her friends that occurs as a result of the winner’s and/or his/her friends’ participation in the prize.

• By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
