If you're interested in buying the magazine, here are the instructions given by DCTOP:
Dear Overseas fans who are interested in buying "TOP inside" If you are an overseas fan who want to purchase TOP inside, please send an e-mail to topinside@naver.com, and we will reply you with a Paypal account so you can transfer the money.
The price includes 36500 (printing cost), 1500 (Paypal charge for exchanging foreign currency to Korean currency), and EMS price of 1.5kg to your country. We will let you know about the total price in Korean Won, and you can transfer the money in your own currency via Paypal-and please try to do an exact conversion-if there are any misses, we have to cover the shortages.
If it is more convenient to you, you can transfer the money in USD or your own currency, and after you processed the payment, please e-mail us again with an exact address in English.
The original due date was the last day of November, but because Paypal takes 3 5o 5 business days for processing, we will extend the deadline to December 2nd. We are sorry for not giving you a longer time, so if you want to purchase TOP inside, please hurry.
