All this fuss about the biopic... Will Branca allow the director to say what REALLY happened back in 1985 when Michael purchased ATV? Will Branca allow the director to talk about how he betrayed Michael several times? About $ony's involvement in both 1993 and 2005 trials? About how Branca, "misteriously", reappeared in Michael's life 8 days before his murder? About Michael saying he hated Branca? Will Branca allow the director to say the will is FAKE? Of course NOT! But I'm sure a lot of people will buy the lies they will tell. Of course they will portray a good image of Michael, that's what Branca wants so many people will keep buying all future projects. Remember Michael threatened $ony with leaving them in 1991, right before he signed the contract? 2 years later he was accused of molestation. Remember Michael told Mottola in 2001 he wouldn't renew his contract with $ony? 2 years later he was accused of molestation. 1985,when bidding for the ATV catalog, 2 bids were the most important ones:one by Michael ($47m) & another one by Bandier & Koppelman ($50m)ATV wanted the $50m one, but Branca managed to give the catalog to Michael. 1995, the catalog was merged with $ony The other 2 bidders: Bandier is CEO of $ony/ATV, Koppelman worked for EMI. Who bought EMI's catalog recently? $ony/ATV. Michael was a huge problem for $ony, he had rights of veto to any decision they wanted to make. Not anymore though, he's dead. Any ties Michael had with $ony would've ended in 2009,meaning he wouldn't have to split royalties with them for his music - he would be free. Free to join any other label he wanted, free to use his music as he pleased = HUGE loss to $ony. Did you know Colony Capital & William Bone (former owner of Neverland before Michael purchased it) have a company called Sunrise Colony......and that company owns the Red Rock Country Club in Las Vegas? Yes, exactly: where Murray was living! All of these are reasons why Michael kept saying, just before he died, that someone would murder him. Sadly, he was right.
