No nation will be able to meet the challenges of growing the economy and creating jobs in the 21st century without a serious investment in green technology.
And no nation -- regardless of size or wealth -- will be able to escape the impact of climate change. It's an urgent message many don't want to hear -- one President Obama boldly delivered to the U.N. Climate Change Summit.
The House of Representatives passed a historic energy and climate bill, an important first step towards fighting climate change and creating new jobs and new industries while helping American families save money on energy bills.
We can meet these urgent challenges, but to keep moving forward, we'll need to show that the American people understand the need for change, and that we're ready to fight for it.
