No. I know nothing about this case except that it is happening.
I do not believe that the CBFCF is even a legal entity so whatever Mr Ryan does is done by him personally. I would like to see the legal writ translated into English.But good luck to him if he can bring down a few dishonest scientists even by threatening them, the publicity is good even if he loses.
I am not an expert witness nor any part of this.
